IT Festival took place on August 2 and 3, 2003.

Amplification: Fender Blackface Deluxe Reverb x 2; Gallien Krueger solid state bass amplifier (for monitoring Mike Gordon).

Cabinets:   Bruno Speaker Cabinet; Leslie Rotating Speaker.

Guitars:  Koa 1; Languedoc big box hollowbody.

Floor Pedals: 2 x TS-9 Tube Screamer; BoomerangWhammy IICAE RS-10 SwitcherCrybaby WahErnie Ball Volume, Goff Trek Leslie Controller.

Rack (from top):  Furman Power Conditioner, Korg DTR-2 Tuner, Ibanez DM-2000, CAE Black Cat Vibe / CAE Black Cat Tremolo; 3 x Alesis Reverb units (1 Microverb, 2 Nanoverbs) 1 x CAE 4×4.

Here’s the full rig. Note the Deluxe at right is mic’d, while the one center is not; it’s used as a head that runs to the Bruno 4×12. It looks like Trey is still mic’ing with the AKG 414’s at this point.

Circled in this photo is a big box Languedoc hollowbody that appeared very rarely on Phish tour. It appears to have a single humbucker. I don’t believe it was used during the festival.

Here’s the full floor array. From left: Boomerang, Whammy, TS-9 (2), Wah, RS-10, Goff Trek, Ernie Ball Volume pedal. There’s a tuner between the RS-10 and the Trek.

Here’s a close-up of the TS-9 pedals clearly showing the ANALOG.MAN labels.

This is a shot from the control tower jam. Trey is scrolling through the presets on the Whammy II. The Boomerang is behind his right hand. And another pair of Analogman Tube Screamers is at right. Trey has also said that he used the TC Electronics Nova Repeater Delay during this jam.

Here’s a look at some of the rack stuff.

Here’s a close-up of the wah; clearly a Crybaby.

Here’s the Leslie and a look at Koa 1.
